This week I'm keeping it raw and unedited — no cuts, no filter, just me rambling in my office chair while I prep for a cruise with my family. But don't let the "lazy episode" title fool you, because we get into it. I talk about the weird trend of people building camaraderie around hate, calling strangers out for dumb shit like having a skincare routine, and why I think that's a waste of everybody's time. Then I go deep on excuses — how "I want to write a book but..." is really just you telling your subconscious you don't want it, and how three years ago I said the same thing about starting a podcast. We close it out with the big one: how we take a friend not texting back for a week and turn it into a full-blown anxiety spiral based on nothing but our own made-up stories. You're not a mind reader. Pick the story that makes your life better. As always, protect your mental and keep creating.
